The 2024 Season Begins!

Lodges of the Lakes starts 2024 with a record high level of bookings. Thanks to the hundreds of returning guests, and an increasing percentage of new customers! We are getting referrals from Arrowhead and Sand Valley regularly and are doing our best to fit in all possible guests!

2024 starts with many improvements at Lodges of the Lakes. 389-1 & 2 have new Pella windows. 389-1,2,3,5 and 6 have new chair-height toilets (as requested by some of our more seasoned guests). We have re-built the road to the 389 units so there are no puddles and potholes. There are 5 new TV’s - all with built in Roku functions. Unit 389-6 has all new carpet. Many other smaller improvements were made over the winter as well.

To update our sanitary standards, all sheets are replaced each season. We donate the old ones to Goodwill. We also now provide Tide pods for you to do laundry, rather than powder detergent.

Most importantly for 2024 is that my wife Elena is taking on most of the property management functions now that I’m traveling again. I’m sure she’ll say hi when she sees you out there!

It is very exciting to see the growth in the town of Rome and the Lake Arrowhead region. Some suggestions to supplement your golf are the farmer’s market on Friday mornings, the Up North brewing Company, the Slice of Heaven bakery, Cal’s Corner, and (for my favorite Pizza with a view) Lake Sherwood Lodge. The menu at the new Lake Arrowhead Pines clubhouse also never fails to please. That is not an exclusive list but demonstrates that you need not drive far from our condos to find some interesting Wisconsin flavors and activities.
